2. No Warranty of Title
The documents and information presented in our Readiness Profiles and Document Viewers are provided "as is" and "as available". While our reviewers check that required documents have been uploaded, we provide no warranty or guarantee of legal title, authenticity, or absence of encumbrances.
A "Confirmed" or "Published" status on our platform merely indicates that the seller has provided documents meeting our procedural criteria—it does not constitute a legal endorsement of the property's status.
3. Recommendation for Independent Due Diligence
All buyers, investors, and interested parties strictly advised to perform their own independent due diligence before entering into any transaction or making any payments. We highly recommend engaging qualified professionals in Kenya, including:
